- Quad County Decat is aware of the many challenges local agencies are faced with in providing family support services. We would like to invite you to a workgroup to discuss Decat’s potential role in assisting agencies with family support services during this hard economic time. Please note that this is not a meeting to solicit for funding, but an opportunity for us to come together and collaboratively come up with a way to sustain existing family support programs. We will meet on Wednesday July 28th at 1:00p.m. in Meeting Room A of the Burlington Public Library located at 210 Court Street, Burlington, Iowa.
